hey! so how was everyones weekend? started off with a bowl of oaaatsss! 🙂
oats, dark chocolate powder, coconut, pb, and bananana!
this weekend was really fun. i just kind of chilled out at home and hung out with friends. at one point ed spoke up and said “you should really be doing something… you ate alot today” and i just smiled and ignored that nasty little guy 😉 hes annoying, hate when he comes to visit huh? so i just showed him by eating this!
a wrap with melty pb, mixed dried fruit, and mashed banana.
this was so different from anything i have ever had 😀 it was really yummy
happy!

You have no idea how much your comment brightened my morning 🙂 I’ve never thought of myself as inspiring in any way and it’s the biggest compliment anyone could ever give me.
So proud of you for ignoring that niggling little ED voice ~ I have the same one poking its nose in today with regard to my exercise but I won’t listen. Nope, I’m lounging in the café at Uni on my break when I would ordinarily be walking around Newcastle in endless circles attempting to compensate for being ‘lazy’. And you know what? This chair is mighty comfortable!
I could eat both your wrap and your oats right off the screen, they look that delicious. And you need that kind of fuel regardless of how active you are on a particular day if you want to be able to have kids some day 🙂 Not to mention to maintain that fabulous body of yours ~ it deserves some delicious fuel. Can I say that a major incentive for me to get healthier is to stop my hair from falling out and seeing your beautiful, thick, shining hair just made me want to stay strong even more.
